Clay Oven Baking Course in the Motorikpark

On this day, we will bake clay oven rolls into which we will also incorporate herbs. The bread dough (including sourdough) is kneaded by hand, then shaped and baked in a wood-fired clay oven after rising time. We work with the elements of fire, wood, water, and earth (herbs). You will learn all the important information to be able to bake delicious bread at home.

Pizza rolls will also go into the oven to lower the baking surface temperature.

Baking in a clay oven is a very primal experience for the whole family. The ability to bake delicious bread oneself is an important skill towards "self-determined living/self-sufficiency".

Included services: Material costs, beverages (apple juice, water), recipe or documents.

Duration: approx. 3-4 hours

Price: € 380,- flat rate for up to 6 participants (additional fee for extra participants: € 50,- per person)
