Yoga and wine
Because you can't just relax with a good glass of wine.
We have found the perfect partner for this in Karin Grasch. The experienced yoga trainer practises traditional Hatha Yoga with yoga beginners as well as advanced yoga fans in the middle of our vineyards. To restore the balance between body and mind, hatha yoga combines movement with conscious breathing and meditation. Afterwards, we relax for a while with a wonderful view of the Sausal.
