A heavenly prudery and hellish temptations.
The morning sun is still shining on the young couple's happiness when the first storm clouds appear in the form of a mother-in-law. A bank transfer that mistakenly sends a small fortune from the wrong account into nirvana and a related order that turns out to be sex toys and porn videos. The young husband Marcello Almirante is the newly appointed branch manager of the “Bank of the Holy Spirit” in a small suburb of Rome. Instead of enjoying the morning with his newlywed wife Francesca, he is busy disposing of the fateful delivery. The bachelor Paolo Fauni is his friend and cashier at the bank, who is reluctant to be enlisted to remove the forbidden material and, thanks to his clumsiness, makes it onto the front page of the local newspaper. Anthony Marriott and Alistair Foot have stirred this dilemma into a great comedy.
