Lesung: Margot Mühlfellner "Die Akte Graz"
Margot Mühlfellner from Lannach reads from: “Die Akte Graz” - The first case for Inspector Kranz
The internationally renowned photographer Gustav Zierach exhibits female nudes at the Kunsthaus Graz. The morning after the vernissage, one of the models is found murdered; Alexandra Walfrad's body was staged in exactly the same way as in the photo hanging in the exhibition: She stands naked on the famous double spiral staircase in Graz Castle, her white-blonde hair falling in curls onto her porcelain-colored skin, one arch of the staircase stretching upwards like the wing of an angel. When another woman who was posing for the photographer disappears, the fear grows. Is a serial killer up to mischief? Are the other models in danger?
Marlene Kranz, a native of Styria, was transferred to Graz only a few months ago after successful years as a leading special investigator in Vienna. Her team perceives her as friendly and fair, but also very distant; her colleagues do not know the reason for her transfer. As the new head of the provincial criminal investigation department, Kranz has to leave her past behind her and prove her diplomatic skills - and she sometimes resorts to unconventional methods.
