Even if we don't want to think about it yet, the time of colds and sniffles will soon be upon us again.
Nasturtium, onion, elderberry and many other herbs can provide us with wonderful support during the cold season and even have a preventative effect. We make a herbal antibiotic, a cold balm and a fever-reducing tea mixture for our medicine cabinet. We will also take a look at some old household remedies from our great-grandmother's time, such as onion socks, compresses and the like.
