For more than 900 years, the Benedictine monastery of St. Lambrecht has shaped not only the local landscape of the beautiful nature park community but also the people in and around this place. Even today, the monastery connects the places and people of the nature park and creates many positive developments in peaceful coexistence.

GUIDED TOURS - MEETING POINT: ABBEY GATE
In view of the 950th anniversary in 2026, the Abbey Museum is being completely renovated and made barrier-free. From October 2024 to April 2026, part of the collections will remain open and will be accessible without restriction as part of guided tours: The tour begins with a contemporary presentation of the monastery's past and present. The baroque cot, the folklore collection of Fr Romuald Pramberger and the bird museum of Fr Blasius Hanf are just as much a part of the tour as the impressive prelate's hall with the portraits of founders and abbots.
GUIDED TOURS:
from May 15th to October 15th
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m
Sundays and public holidays: after the service and at 2:30 p.m.
Groups of 10 or more are also guided outside of these times by prior arrangement.
WINTER TOURS IN WINTER: Guided tours for groups of 10 or more by prior arrangement
