In memoriam: Prof Dr Gerald Pump

The Lipizzanerheimat will host ‘In Memoriam - The Ways of an Incorruptible’, an honourable memorial service at which the municipality and the provincial association will pay tribute to the work and achievements of an outstanding personality. This person, whose integrity and commitment to society were unparalleled, will be honoured in a special way on this evening. People from all areas of society will come together to commemorate the impressive legacy of this incorruptible man and to honour the significance of his life's work.

The ceremony will be attended by renowned personalities and friends, including Prof DDr Michael Lehofer (physician and psychologist), Dr Erich Linhardt (Vicar General), Prof Dr Ernst Lasnik (historian and folklorist) and Dr Wolfgang Klobassa (lawyer and media owner). Dr Nikolaus Lerch, a specialist in psychiatry, and representatives of the Psychosocial Centre also showed their appreciation for the honouree by attending. Other personalities such as Christian Cresnik (‘Erfolgsadler’), KommR Peter Sükar (WKO regional office chairman), Wolfgang Jöbstl (board member of Sparkasse Voitsberg Köflach) and cabaret artist Gerhard Brandstätter lend their appreciation to the event with the moderation of Thomas Vollmann.

The evening will be musically framed by the Hödlgrube Zangtal mountain band under the direction of Franz Werner Reischl.
