The film ‘The Widow Clicquot’ will be shown - a touching historical drama about Barbe-Nicole Clicquot-Ponsardin, who courageously takes over her husband's champagne house in early 19th century France after his death. As a young widow aged just 27, she defies social norms and leads the company to world fame - a story about strength, passion and pioneering spirit.
Haley Bennett embodies the title role impressively. Shot in picturesque images, the film brings not only historical depth but also strong emotions to the screen.
