Guided by the rhythm of the seasons, our herb expert leads you through fields and forests, sharing fascinating insights into the character and uses of each plant. You’ll learn how to identify herbs, taste wild delights like wood sorrel, and find out which leaves go into tea, which blossoms brighten up a salad, and which greens are perfect for cooking.

During daffodil season, the walk takes on a special touch, as we focus on the most iconic flower of the region.

Whether purifying, calming, or invigorating – each herb has its own story. And those who look closely won’t just discover plants, but a deeper connection to nature itself.
