Noble Mushrooms from Southeast Styria

It took time for Michaela Friedl, a trained dietitian, to figure out what suited her farm. In the end, she came up with the idea of organic noble mushrooms, right in the warm Southeast Styria. Michaela's mushrooms are an important contribution to the regional product diversity. Due to their high vitamin and mineral content, mushrooms are excellent for a health-conscious and wholesome diet, and the possibilities for preparation seem almost limitless!

The various mushroom varieties thrive in St. Stefan im Rosental and are continuously harvested fresh. In addition to up to 9 different types of fresh mushrooms, they are also processed into numerous products directly at the farm. In cooperation with local farmers, mushroom risotto or polenta mixtures, mushroom sauces, or spreads are created, just to name a few.
