Distillation is mostly known in connection with the production of spirits. However, in the course, I will create a fragrant water, a so-called hydrosol, using herbs and flowers. This is a fragrant and wonderful plant water that you can use in many ways. And with a bit of luck, a little essential oil will even be produced during the distillation, which you can take home with you.
