On November 10, 2024, a culinary highlight will take place at the Almwellneshotel Pierer together with the Trummer winery: A winemaker's dinner with a selected tasting menu and samples of the family winery's exquisite wines offers a perfect culinary evening dedicated to Alpine enjoyment.

Process:

Start in the wine vault: 6 p.m
Aperitif in the wine vault with amuse bouche

Followed by a 5-course dinner with wine accompaniment in the restaurant

Information about the winery:
The winery's vines stand on a limestone reef of dead coral banks that is around 15 million years old, so the soil is the purest shell limestone, the like of which is rarely found in the world. In combination with the unique climate of the region, this doesn't always make the work easy, but it rewards you with wines with strong character and great aging potential. Deeply rooted in the region and in the craftsmanship, Jürgen Trummer does not make stylized wines here, but rather wines that are only bottled here and only by him, which demonstrate soul with every sip.
