A guided tour of the Oberzeiring show mine takes place every Sunday by appointment until the end of April.
Experience the fascinating history of silver mining in Oberzeiring on an exciting guided tour through the show mine. The tour covers 445 m and leads over 600 steps to the lowest point, which is 34.4 m below the entrance.
The way back to the exit is a 65.1 m ascent. The tour is suitable for children aged 4 and over, but not for people with claustrophobia, as some of the tunnels are narrow and low. However, advance booking is required. (Minimum number of participants: 2 people). Discover historical artifacts and learn more about early medieval mining in this unique environment.
