The Gesäuse Tourism Association reserves the right to refuse orders, e.g. for sold-out items. If the Gesäuse Tourism Association cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. If you have already paid for the sold-out item in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 business days.

Return

If you are not satisfied with your ordered product or it does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return slip so that we know why you are not satisfied with the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods for return.

The return of purchased items can also be made directly at the information office in 8911 Admont, Main Street 36. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund to your credit card will be processed within approximately 15 business days. There will be no cash payout on site.

Complaints Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is not perfectly processed. If this is the case for you, please send us a meaningful picture and your order number by email to info@gesaeuse.at.
