The shipping fee of € 5.50 will be automatically added upon booking. The choice of size takes place at a later step of the purchase.
The Tourism Association Gesäuse reserves the right to refuse orders, e.g. in the case of sold-out items. If the Tourism Association Gesäuse cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. If you have already paid for the sold-out goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 business days.
Cancellation information
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your ordered product or it does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please fill out the attached return form so that we know why you did not like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused items for return.

The return of purchased items can also be done directly at the information office at Hauptstraße 36, 8911 Admont. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund will be processed back to your credit card within approximately 15 working days. No cash payout is available on-site.

Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is not processed correctly. If this is the case for you, please send us a meaningful picture and your order number by email to info@gesaeuse.at.
