The perfect location for your holidays We have been renting out appartments for over 35 years. The whole appartmenthouse has been newly referbished in 2008. Our appartmenthouse Michael in Schladming / Styria is situated very central in a quiet living area. We are situated right across the famous Planai. The balconies of our appartments are situated south of the famous Planai. Come in and relax in our beautiful appartementhouse Michael in Schladming and enjoy the fresh mountain air! the appartements In the appartmenthouse Michael in Schladming we are renting out 2 appartements different size. The appartments are next to each other and are connected with a balcony. Appartement Philomena - the family appartement is for up to 6 people Appartement Ursula - is ideal for couples or a small family for up to 4 people. We are a family business and are now the third generation to rent out our cosy & familiar flats on the sunny side of Schladming. Our rental business "Haus Michael" has been established since the 1960s, when it was still run by our grandparents Philomena and Michael Arzbacher. Haus Michael has always been the place to go for guests as well as international "newcomers". Our own drinking water spring is also worth mentioning!

Our 2 generously designed flats, with a balcony and panoramic views of the Planai, are furnished with much love & commitment. The two self-catering flats are top equipped and allow you a pleasant and self-determined skiing as well as active holiday.

On the one hand, Haus Michael offers the App. "Philomena", which is equipped for max. 5 people and on the other hand there is the possibility for up to three people to stay in the app. "Ursula". Furthermore, our guests have covered garage spaces and a ski depot at their disposal. In addition to that, the ski bus right infront of our house takes you directly to the nearby gondola stations (free of charge if you have a ski pass).

In summer, Haus Michael also offers yoga courses on the sun terrace. Please enquire about this at: moana@thepeakyoga.at.

The appartement Ursula is quiet, but still central. It is perfect for a group of 2-4 people. 1 room apartment, a full equipt kitchen/living room (dishwasher,oven,microwave,freezer aso.),also equipt with flatscreen and Wireless Lan. From the balcony you have an amazing view onto the mountains. There is a busstop right infront of the appartementhouse. The bus takes you to the Planaistation or the Hochwurzen within a couple of minutes.
