We are excited to welcome you to the Alpenlodge HAUS starting July 15th! The construction work is in the final phase, and we can hardly wait to open our doors for you.

Located in the immediate vicinity of Hauser Kaibling, one of the region’s top ski areas, we are just 350 meters from the slopes. Right at the downhill run, there’s an accessible Kids Park where little skiers can playfully practice their first turns.

Thanks to our central location, you won’t need a car during your stay. The Billa supermarket is just a few steps away, and the charming village center of Haus invites you to relax in cozy cafés.

Our exceptional design gently surrounds you as you recharge, unwind, and fully enjoy the moment. Our exclusive wellness and fitness facilities meet even the highest expectations – with relaxing saunas, both Finnish and infrared, and a modern fitness area for discerning guests. The owner of the Alpenlodge HAUS is an experienced developer and host with a passion for high-quality holiday accommodations in the Schladming-Dachstein region.

The Chalets & Apartments Reiteralm are already successfully operated, offering guests first-class comfort amidst the mountains. Additionally, investment apartments have been realized in Schladming, including the exclusive Pure Alpine Suites and the Panorama Lodge on the Rohrmoos.

With the Alpenlodge HAUS, another extraordinary resort is being created, meeting the highest standards – a perfect combination of modern design, prime location, and thoughtful comfort for unforgettable stays.
