On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a box spring bed, a single room, and a connecting room with a day bed – ideal for families.

Two bathrooms and a spacious entrance area with storage space complete the offering. The garden with a sunbathing lawn and large wooden terrace invites you to relax; pets are welcome.

Around the holiday home, the Ausseerland offers numerous recreational opportunities within a two-kilometer radius: hiking and cycling tours start right at the doorstep, and the Grundlsee is only 350 m away, making it ideal for swimming, rowing, or stand-up paddling.
