WINERY
Immediately behind the village center of Klöch rises the Hochwart, a gently rolling hill on which the best vineyard locations in the area are situated. Here, nestled between the vineyards - idyllic and quiet - lies our estate, a house with a long tradition.
At the winery, we tend to about 6 hectares of vineyards, spread across the sites Hochwarth, Klöcherberg, and Deutsch-Haseldorf.
We produce a wide range of white wines - wines with high varietal character.
From Welschriesling to Klöcher Traminer - our wines are shaped by the incomparable terroir of the volcanic region.

Viticulture has a long tradition in our house.
Grown on volcanic soils, noble wines of the highest quality mature in our cellar.
Consistent selection and the exciting mix of climate and soil as great quality potential are reflected in them.
The grape variety Traminer has a special place in our establishment: we produce Gewürztraminer, Red Traminer, and also Yellow Traminer.
Annual awards are proof of the high quality of our products.

BUSCHENSCHANK
For more than four decades, we have been operating our Buschenschenke at Klöcher Hochwarth.
Excellent wines from the Klöcher volcanic region, culinary delicacies, and warm camaraderie await you here.
Cozy rooms invite you
and during the most beautiful time of the year, one can best settle on our terrace.
While the children frolic at the playground, you can enjoy a good glass of wine in peace while taking in the mild climate and the wonderful view all the way to Slovenia.
We also carry the quality seal "Excellent Buschenschank."

Arrival

Here's how to find us:
From the Klöch market square, turn right onto the hill towards Hochwarth. Once you reach the hill, we are immediately on the left side. Parking in front of the house.

Room check-in possible from 2:00 PM

We ask you to arrange your arrival time with us by phone for the rest day (Wednesdays), so that someone is available at the business during that time.
