Die Bärenschützklamm ist eine der schönsten wasserführenden Felsenklammen Österreichs. Eine Wanderung zwischen ungezähmten Wasserfällen und schroffen Felsen hindurch ist für jeden Wanderer eine eindrucksvolle Erfahrung. Die unsagbare Stärke der Natur, deren steter Tropfen den Stein höhlt, wird hier augenscheinlich. Die Klamm ist seit 1978 ein Naturdenkmal. Die erste Steiglänge wurde anno 1901 errichtet, seither wurden sie mehrere Male erneuert. Relax in a cozy atmosphere in our country inn. Twelve Almenland rooms with a view of the Hochlantsch and a balcony, WiFi and satellite TV are at your disposal. Family rooms possible.
As a nature park partner of the Almenland nature park, we spoil you with specialties from the region and our own game reserve.
You will find complete relaxation in the sauna or massages. Hiking opportunities in the area e.g. pilgrimage chapel Maria Schüsserlbrunn, Bärenschützklamm, climbing center Breitenau - climbing courses on request. For cyclists, we are right on the Drachentour and 10km from the Mur Cycle Path.
Buses and small tour groups are very welcome!
