Welcome to the Penker Farm of the Riegler family -
The ideal place for sports activities and relaxation in nature by the lake and the Seetaler Alps. 
 Our untouched nature offers places for relaxation and rejuvenation. Or conquer sports activities around the lake and the village of See. Our farm is located at an altitude of 1150m at the foot of the Zirbitzkogel (Seetaler Alps) in a sunny and quiet location.

The village of See is an ideal place to make the most of your holidays in summer and winter. 

 We offer you a variety of leisure activities such as sunbathing, refreshing bathing in the lake with mountain water, or in the heated pool in the garden. The beach volleyball court right by the lake offers many playing opportunities such as volleyball, soccer, boccia, table tennis, and an additional sandbox filled with toys for the children by our lake and NEW for you, a bouldering hall.  Of course, everything is at your own risk. Beautiful hiking trails lead you directly from the house around the lake and the village of See, as well as to the pastures in the Seetaler Alps area. You can determine the difficulty levels and time yourself. Our untouched mountains are waiting to be conquered - Oberberg, Kreiskogel, Grotscher, and the Zirbitzkogel as well as the Grebenzen and the entire nature park. Shopping opportunities are offered by the large community of Neumarkt, which is 7 km away.

Arrival

General Terms and Conditions - Booking Conditions

The reservation is binding as soon as it has been confirmed in writing or by phone.
A cancellation requires informal written or telephone notice.

What are the cancellation conditions 
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival is free of charge.
We kindly ask you - for the sake of the environment - to carefully observe waste separation.
Please use energy and water sparingly and close the windows when leaving the rooms.

The landlord is not liable for operational failures or disturbances in heating, water, and electricity supply. In the event of an outage or disturbance, we ask you to inform us promptly so we can take care of the maintenance immediately.

The landlord is not liable for personal and/or property damage of any kind during the tenant's stay. There is no liability for the influence of the rental property by force majeure, power and water outages, and severe weather conditions.

The tenant’s arrival and departure is at their own responsibility and liability. The landlord is not liable for personal belongings of the tenant, e.g. in case of burglary, theft, or fire. The tenant waives any claims for damages.

The landlord's liability for accidents of any kind is excluded.
The tenant and their fellow travelers commit to adhering to the rental conditions and leaving all items in the rental property in undamaged condition.

The tenant assumes liability for all items present in the rental property during the rental period and is fully liable for any damages incurred.

All claims for damages of the tenant against the landlord are excluded.
Renegotiation of agreed prices is excluded.
We ask you to treat the rooms as if they were your own and therefore request that you handle the furniture carefully and respectfully.
