Auf Frische und Regionalität wird im Genießerrestaurant gesetzt. Auf den Teller kommen ausschließlich Produkte aus nachhaltiger Erzeugung und vertrauten Lieferanten. Das Gemüse und die Kräuter kommen natürlich frisch aus dem hauseigenen Garten.
The Sattlerhof is a total work of art and has internalised the concept of sustainability. Hannes Sattler is uncompromisingly quality-orientated and top winemaker Willi Sattler focuses on organic viticulture. The pub serves down-to-earth dishes, while the restaurant plays all kinds of ‘Wow!’: buckwheat ice cream, pork fillet wrapped in bread, rhubarb cooked sous-vide.

We serve excellent wines from the Sattlerhof vineyard and around 350 top wines from all over the world to accompany your meal. Hannes Sattler invites you to dine with him and serves special culinary delights exclusively in the evening - but only if you book in advance.
