More information

  • We start at the nursery school of Etzersdorf (parking spaces are available opposite) and ride only a few metres in the direction of Rollsdorf along the federal road L360.
  • Another possibility: We ride behind the nursery school along a road with little traffic to the starting point of the new walking and cycling path built in 2020 (after the nursery school turn right - there you can make a detour to the Buschenschank Leiner - and then immediately right again - after a few metres we come back to the L360 where the cycling path starts).
  • The exact start of the cycle path is after a bend on the L360.
  • There we join the cycle path, which leads us along the main road to Rollsdorf.
  • In Rollsdorf we recommend a stop at the Gasthaus Reicher and a visit to the Mesnerturm.
Be sure to visit the Mesnerturm in Rollsdorf and in spring the “Frühlingsknotenblumenplatz” in the Mühlwald (Etzersdorf) invites you to stay.
Timetables and travel information can be found at Österreichische Bundesbahnen (ÖBB) or at Verkehrsauskunft Verbundlinie. For local transportation, we recommend the SAM-Sammeltaxi Oststeiermark, which also takes bicycles if booked in advance.
Free parking is available opposite the nursery school.
Information about the region, places to stop and stay overnight, excursion destinations, etc., can be found here
