The rustic snack station "Waldmühle" is the starting point for a hike to the Raaburspurung or to the Sommeralm. Hungry hikers can enjoy a hearty snack here, and hot dishes can also be ordered in advance. It is best to call shortly beforehand and let them know.

Hungry hikers can stop by the "Waldmühle" snack station. The physical well-being is taken care of: hearty snack variations with regional products from the Almenland nature park. For celebrations of any kind or larger groups, there are also warm dishes available on request. The landlord always has a cold beer or schnapps for the hikers.

The forest mill is right at the starting point for a family-friendly hike, "the Raabursprung circuit". You can also extend this and even hike up to the Sommeralm (steeply up from the Raabursprung to the "Schwoabauer-Kreuz", path no. 754). A parking lot is directly at the forest mill. It is also a nice tour to the forest mill by bike, you could branch off here on the "Tischlein Deck Dich" bike tour and take a detour to the source of the Raab.
