Car park at the municipal office (village centre).

We start at the pavilion at the car park in front of the Waisenegg kindergarten, past the primary schools, past the Stuhlhofer farm, the Bärnhof circular trail leads us out of the village, downhill on the asphalt road until we turn left onto a gravel road. On a slight incline, we walk along the gravel road in the forest past the Kern-Hütterl and we come to a turning area for timber transporters. From now on, the gravel road begins to climb. Before leaving it, we follow a stretch of flat forest path to later rejoin the gravel road. We walk along the gravel road until we branch off again into a forest path and walk along the meadow path in the direction of Bärnhof. The wayside shrine at the first farm (Bärnhof) on the asphalt road invites you to stop and pause. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of Waisenegg and Strallegg from here. The road leads us further downhill past the Ebner farm until we turn off and continue the trail in the forest. We leave the forest one last time and follow the asphalt road steeply uphill to the right to our starting point.
The Kern-Hütterl is a resting place in the forest.
