Reason to celebrate: It has been 30 years since general practitioner Ronny Tekal and his patient Norbert Peter first appeared together on stage. Since then, the two medical cabaret artists have entertained more than half a million people, their programs have been broadcast on TV several times, and they have made the country a little bit healthier—because, as we all know, laughter is the best medicine. The BEST-OF program “Gesund gelacht” (Healthy Laughter) has been completely revamped and is coming to the stage as “30 Jahre Gesund Gelacht” (30 Years of Healthy Laughter). With newly staged classics and current scenes, Peter & Tekal take stock and comment on medical advances in a manner that is as pointed as it is tongue-in-cheek.
