Experience nature up close: Fishing in Rachau is an experience for the whole family.

Chars and trout are raised here in pure, fresh stream water and are bred on-site. The result is regional, valuable, and sustainable fish products. Freshly caught brook and rainbow trout as well as chars are offered. A special delicacy includes smoked trout, chars, and salmon trout.
