The Tragöß Zoo in Styria is an idyllic destination for animal lovers, families, and nature enthusiasts. Nestled in a beautiful mountainous landscape, the park offers the opportunity to discover numerous animals in a natural environment and enjoy the tranquility of nature.

Especially popular are the alpacas and llamas, which delight many visitors with their friendly and curious nature. In addition to them, many other animals live in the zoo, making the tour diverse and exciting. The spacious enclosures and the quiet location ensure that both animals and guests feel comfortable.

In addition to the classic visit, special experiences can also be booked, allowing you to get even closer to the animals. These unique encounters make the visit an unforgettable experience. April 1 to October 31 open daily from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (last admission to the park: 5:00 p.m.)

November 1 to March 31, Thursday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (last admission to the park: 4:00 p.m.)

Special closing days:
The zoo is closed on December 25 and January 1.

Shop & zoo tavern:
The zoo shop including a large section for alpaca products as well as the zoo tavern can be visited during opening hours independently of a visit to the park. Breakfast in the zoo tavern is available from 8:00 a.m.!
