Master winemaker Günther Domittner attaches particular importance to the harmonious interplay between old winemaking traditions with modern cellar technologies in order to achieve as close to perfection as possible with his wines. The vineyards on the estate are located on soils of volcanic origin and these conditions give the wines their typical structure.

Günther Domittner is the brother of hotelier Herbert Domittner. The winery is located right next to the Hotel Domittner in the centre of the market town of Klöch.

For enjoyment at home, the wines from the Domittner estate are sold at farm-gate prices in our restaurant.
