About the offer
In this bread baking course, you will learn all the fundamentals necessary for baking wholesome and healthy bread. The focus is on the heart of delicious breads - namely the sourdough. In the course, two different types of bread will be baked.

The goal of the course is to enable you to bake delicious breads at home using the acquired fundamentals.
In the first baking session, we will jointly prepare the dough. In the second session, each participant will work on their own bread. The focus will be on: Typical South Styrian farmer's bread (rye-wheat mixed bread)
Baking with natural sourdough
All the fundamentals needed to bake healthy/delicious bread.
No prior knowledge is required.
However, there is quite a bit of "theory" alongside so that even those with some experience in bread baking won't get bored.
