Wild is noble!
Fine brandies and liqueurs are made from old types of pome fruit, wild fruit and berries in the Graf distillery. In the in-house distillery, the fruits are distilled, bottled and sold in the farm shop. The "Vogelbeer Schnaps", a specialty made from the berries of the mountain ash, is particularly popular. During a commented tasting, the story of rowan berries is told on the farm and the various products are explained in detail. The brandies are tasted - from the Hirschbirne to the rowanberry schnapps.
