Tradition meets modernity – culinary delights party at the White Cross.

The Underground Delicacies Party will bring the Weisses Kreuz in Graz to life on August 16, 2025. As part of the Food Festival Graz, Tobias Grafs Underground Kitchen will set up the OFYR grill in the courtyard and serve Styrian delicacies with a fresh twist: sausages made from regional meat, reinterpreted pumpkin meat, smoked potato pancakes with herb cream, and sweet quark dumplings. The bites will be served via a flying service, while a live band mixes Austropop and folk music.
